De Vos Blasts Window

Town captain Jason De Vos has blasted the transfer window saying all it does is inflate places and is of a questionable legal status.
De Vos: "All it does is inflate prices.
"Teams should be able to strengthen throughout the season until a certain time of the year, perhaps up to March, and then say you've got what you've got now.
"The four-week period in January just intensifies the pressure on clubs to get everything done in that short space of time and that's a difficult job to do.
"If any player challenged the transfer window in court I think they would win on the grounds of restriction of employment.
"I'm sure there is a test case there that could go to the European courts and bring the whole transfer window to a close."
