STB message boarder Leggi is back giving us an insight into Town's opposition on Saturday it's Blackpool at Portman Road in The Championship.

Blackpool travel down from their 'half done' Bloomfield Road ground looking for their 3rd away win of the season, but it will be a tricky test as Town are on a decent run of form and 'The Seasiders' have gained nothing more than a point in all their travels to Suffolk. Blackpool too are hitting a good patch, a win against Leicester, and two points gained at Hull and home to Wolves leaves the Tangerines sitting comfortably mid-table in 16th place 9 points behind 6th placed Town.
The points were shared (somehow) between Ipswich and Blackpool 4 weeks ago at Bloomfield Road, in a game where I can say only 2 players (Roberts and Walters) seemed interested. I expect things to be very different this time around!!
Match fact: This is Blackpool first trip to Portman Road since 1971, a ground where they have never won.

Our biggest win is 5-2 which came in the 1962-63 season, a season where we were reigning Champions but were relegated in May.
The highest attendance is 22,450 who saw a 1-1 draw in our Championship winning season of 1961-62.
The lowest gate (11,187) saw Ipswich win by the odd goal in 7 in 1964. Our leading all-time Scorers are Ray Crawford and Gerard Baker with 3 goals each. 9 Players have played for both clubs, they include, David Linighan, Frank Yallop and Ian Marshall.
Leggi's player to fear: This would have been a tricky one as none of their side impressed me one bit a month ago at their gaff. But luckily Paul Dickov has arrived on loan from Manchester City so I'll say him. The 35 year old made his League debut before 'Danny Portman' was even a little sperm, way back in 1990!! and has scored 94 goals playing for 8 different clubs including 3 in 3 games for 'The Seasiders'. Although old, Dickov is still a decent forward for the Championship and his aggressive, physical nature will be one to watch out for, for Naylor and De Vos. Give him a chance and he will score, though the quality of their team is no match for ours so chances will be few I feel.
Leggi predicts: Prepare yourselves, this is going to be a walloping I think. Both teams were awful by the seaside last month, and if Town had just tried a little bit we could have gained our first away win there. The additions of Norris, Quinn and Sumulikoski make our squad even better than the one we had for the first game and this quality will see us get our goal difference back up again. I'll stick my neck out and say its going to be a goal treat for you guys going to Portman Road on Saturday 5-0!!!!
