Town have pulled out of the race to sign Portsmouth striker David Nugent as he won't be fit until next week at the earliest.
Town manager Jim Magilton confirmed the news, saying: "The Portsmouth medical people have told us today that David is still not fit and won't be until next week at the earliest, games are running out for us now and we have decided we need to move on and look at other targets.
"We have other irons in the fire and will step up our interest elsewhere now."

sounds like he don't want to come to ipswich, i reckon some one else has got him and he go at the end of the season to who ever. i reckon the injury is a fob-off
