No Favours From Duo

Former Town duo Matt Holland and Darren Ambrose say they will not be doing Town any favours when they come to Portman Road with Charlton tomorrow afternoon.
Both players left Town in the wake of administration in 2004, Holland joining Charlton in that summer and Ambrose going to Newcastle before joining Charlton before joining the Addicks, but neither of the pair will be looking to help Town tomorrow.
Holland: "Tomorrow's result could tip the balance and dictate the season for both sides because it's so tight.
"We're well aware of Ipswich's great home record and they'll be very hard to beat at Portman Road.
"It'll be an emotional return for me but there won't be any time for favours.
"We need a win - we both do - and I'll be doing all I can to pocket three points for Charlton."
Ambrose: "This is a must-win match for us.
"Our season has been a case of getting close to putting a run together only to fall apart.
"Hopefully in the last eight games, starting at Ipswich we can get a run together and end the season on a high."
