Owen In Weekly Side

Town midfielder Owen Garvan has been named in the Championship Team of the week for his performance against Charlton on Saturday.

The midfielder scored Town's opening goal against Charlton on Saturday with a thunderous effort that he fired in from the wing before going in off the far post, if he meant it or not is another matter and one he'll let everyone else decide.

Garvan: "I looked up and hit the ball across the goal and luckily enough it went in. I'll let you decide if it was meant, the goal was a great start and gave us a platform to go on. We were hanging on a bit but Danny's goal helped and we got a clean sheet which is great for everyone.

"It meant a lot that we could grind it out and get the win."
