Town striker Jon Walters could be back in action for the end of the season following a successful operation on his knee.

Walters had surgery on knee and is already jogging again and if all goes well he could feature against Hull City on the final day of the season.

Town manager Jim Magilton: "The specialist is very happy with Jon's progress and he is now working under the expert eye of our medical team, he is making rapid strides and has just started light jogging. It's all very positive news at the moment.

"We were told to expect him to be out for six weeks but without setting him any targets, he could be back fit and well by then."
