Top Flight Signing?

Local media are reporting that Town are closing in on signing their first player of the season and he currently plays in a European premier division.
Although the player was not named in the reports that surfaced earlier today they did say he is not playing in La Liga or Serie A.
The player is understood to be in his early 20's and play in the centre of defence, a position Town need to add experience and quality to following the departure of Jason De Vos who has retired from football.

The Andorran Premier League Anyone? Glad to hear that we're looking at Centre Backs at long last but it'd be nice to at least know where this fella comes from!!

According to TWTD it's 21 Year Old Pim Balkestein from Herenveen.
