Mpenza Deal Soon?

Emile Mpenza's agent Rachid Tajmout says he is hoping to receive an offer from Town in the next week or so following talks between Mpenza and the club.

The 29-year-old Belgium striker has been linked with a number of clubs since his release from Manchester City but it appears Town could now be the front runners in the race to sign him.

Tajmout: "We have had good discussions with Ipswich and hope to receive an offer in the next week or so."
