Jim: I Would Go For Nugent

Town manager Jim Magilton says he would consider signing Portsmouth striker David Nugent, despite him snubbing Town back in January.

Some reports have suggest that Town are willing to spend £3.5 million rising to £5 million should Town get promoted to the Premiership although Magilton has not confirmed or denied a bid he hasn't ruled out trying to sign Nugent.

Jim: "We tried to get him in, it didn't happen and we moved on. I would go back in for Nugent because I know he can live at this level and we know he enjoys scoring at Portman Road as we know.

"He is someone I know could take us to where we want to go."
