Campo Eyeing Top Flight

New Town signing Ivan Campo is hoping to return to the Premier League with Town after signing a two year deal earlier today.

Campo was playing Premier League football with Bolton last season and he hopes to be back there soon.

Campo: "I am very happy to be at Ipswich.

"I was impressed with what Mr Magilton said when we met last week, the plans and ambitions he has for the Club and I'm here to help.

"If I can help the younger players here then that is good but I'm here to play football myself, to help the Club get back in the Premier League.

"I'm not sure what to expect because I have not played in the Championship before but I will know in three or four games and I'm sure it will be okay.

"At the moment, I am not fit for the first team because I have not played any football since the end of last season. I will need maybe two or three weeks then I will be ready."
