Town defender Ben Thatcher is making good progress as he bids to recover from a thigh injury, but its too soon to say when he will be back in action.

Thatcher tore his thigh muscle in Town's 2-0 win over Reading last month and was expected to be out for around 6 weeks.

Town physio Matt Byard: "Ben was rescanned this week and there is good evidence of healing occurring, he is making encouraging progress and we are very happy with what we have seen in his recovery but it's too early to start predicting when he might be back."
