Town Eyeing Christopher

Town and Cardiff City and reportedly keen on signing striker Jack Christopher from Welsh Premier League side Haverfordwest.

The 21-year-old striker has scored 9 goals in all competitions so far this season, 8 of them coming in 10 league games. He is currently contracted to Haverfordwest until 2012 but is expected by many to move to higher level of football in the near future.

Haverfordwest manager, Derek Brazil says: "Jack is a promising young player with great potential. He has started the new season well, scoring nine goals so far."

The 6ft 2in tall striker made his debut in 2004/05 and has since gone on to score 32 goals in 68 appearances.

Don't get the idea of this at all, what sort of message is it sending out to Rhodes, Bowditch, Clarke and Haynes?
