Ben Will Have To Wait

Town manager Jim Magilton is pleased that Ben Thatcher is fit again after recovering from a thigh injury but says the defender will have to wait for a first team chance.

Thatcher returned to action for Town's reserve side on Monday night, playing the full 90 minutes but he will still have to wait for a first team as Town's back four have played well in recent weeks.

Jim: "It's good news for Ben and for us and he trained very well today without any problems, it's good to have him back. He's very chirpy and has settled into the dressing-room very well. He's one of the characters.

"The back four have done well lately though and Ben's going to have to be patient and wait for his chance to come along."
