STB message boarder Leggi is back again and is once again giving us an insight into Town's opposition, on Wednesday Town face Bristol City at Portman Road.

After Sundays appalling effort in the East Anglian derby, its time once again for Town to get their season going, on Wednesday night we welcome last seasons surprise package Bristol City to Portman Road.
Gary Johnson and his squad went beyond even their biggest fans dreams last term by finishing fourth in The Championship table and making it to the Play-Off Final where they fell at the final hurdle, a Dean Windass goal for Hull City making sure the men from East Yorkshire went to the Promised Land in place of The Robins.
This season looked set to carry on where it left off last year with City making a decent start, although they have now drifted away from the front pack and have only won 1 of their last 9 games, they currently sit in 14th place just 1 point behind 13th placed Town.
The Robins biggest victory so far came in September with a 4-1 win over strugglers Doncaster Rovers at Aston Gate. They suffered the same scoreline in their biggest loss so far, Reading were the victors last month, also at Ashton Gate. Saturday saw City draw 0-0 with Swansea City.
Bristol City's season so far reads: Played 21, won 6, drawn 9 lost 6 they have scored 23 goals but conceded 25. Town summer target, Nicky Maynard is the leading scorer with 4 goals and talented midfielder, Michael McIndoe has got 3.
Last season The Robins were walloped by Town 6-0 at Portman road, but got their revenge a few weeks later at Ashton Gate by beating us 2-0.
Referee for Wednesday nights encounter is Mr Paul Taylor from Hertfordshire, he has officiated 9 games involving Town since 2002, most recently our opening day defeat to Preston at Portman Road in August. His record officiating Ipswich games: games 7 Town wins 4
