Bruce Loses Card Appeal

Town defender Alex Bruce will miss Town's next four games as the FA decided that his tackle on Bristol City striker Nicky Maynard was worthy of the red card.

Bruce will now miss the game against Cardiff City tomorrow, the trip to Coventry next weekend, Birmingham visit to Portman Road on boxing day and the trip to Derby County on the 29th of December.

Bruce's ban could have been extended to a fifth game if The FA felt Town's appeal was frivolous.
