Wickham To Get Games?

Town manager Jim Magilton says that 15-year-old striker Connor Wickham could be making his first team appearance sooner rather then later.

In a move that will disappoint the likes of Haynes, Peters, Clarke, Rhodes and Bowditch Magilton has hinted that Connor could make the first team soon and become Town's youngest ever player.

Jim: "He is an outstanding individual and he is making massive strides.

"I think he's going to be a big, big player for this football club and he's not far away."

Town's current youngest ever player is Jason Dozzell who made his debut aged just 16 years and 57 days, Wickham is just 15 years and 256 days old.
