McAuley Fit

Town captain Gareth McAuley has been passed fit for Town's game against Coventry City on Saturday after training today.

McAuley has been suffering with extensive bruising after clashing with the post during Town's defeat against Cardiff, but he has trained and is expected to train again tomorrow.

Town physio Matt Byard: "Gareth trained today without any problems.

"He will do the same again on Friday but we are not expecting any reaction. We always felt he would be fine for the weekend and that's the way it looks."
