STB message boarder Leggi is back again and is once again giving us an insight into Town's opposition, on Saturday Town face Coventry City at The Ricoh Arena.

Town make the trip to The Ricoh arena on Saturday, almost a year to the date since our last visit. Last season's live Sky TV game saw The Blues put in an awful display in which we lost 2-1 and had Tommy Miller sent off. It was City's first win at home since October and Saturdays game is also one which Coventry can achieve the same goal, with The Sky Blues once again failing to win at The Ricoh since October, and Chris Coleman must fancy his chances against under pressure Jim and his woeful Town side.
Coventry have had just a poor season as Ipswich, they have only won 3 games at home and have gained three points in only 2 of their last eight outings, Their biggest win so far is beating Southampton 4-1 in October at home. They have lost 9 games, the biggest by three goals to nil at home to Bristol City.
It all started so well for Coleman's squad winning all 3 (1 in Cup) of their opening games, but then 3 (1 in Cup) defeats followed, and it has been an indifferent campaign ever since.
Coventry's season so far reads: P23 W7 D7 L9 they have scored 25 goals but conceded 29. They have 28 points and currently sit in 14 place in the table, just 3 points behind 12 placed Town. From their 25 goals, Clinton Morrison is their leading scorer with 8 to his name, whilst central defender Elliott Ward has proved a decent finisher notching 4 goals.
Coventry will be wearing their familiar white and sky blue shirts, sky blue shorts and sky blue socks, whilst Town will don their change strip of red shirts, red shorts and red socks.
Referee for Saturdays Championship game is Rob Styles, who has refereed 4 Ipswich games over the years, most recently our 2-2 draw away at Norwich City last season, a game in which he showed a red card to City's Darren Huckerby. His record in town games reads: games 4 Town wins 1 draws 2 defeats 1. He has shown 8 yellow and no red cards to Ipswich players and booked 4 and sent off 1 of the opposition.

The highest attendance is 37,782 who saw a thrilling 5-3 victory for Coventry in 1964. The lowest crowd is just 1,400 who witnessed Ipswich's first ever trip To Coventry in a Division 3 (South) game in 1953, the sky Blues winning by two goals to nil.
Home and away and in all competitions we have faced each over 77 times, we have won 34 drawn 22 and lost 21, and we have scored 115 goals to Coventry's 92. Of those 115 goals Paul Mariner is our leading scorer with 5, Pablo Counago is amongst 4 players who have notched 4 goals.

Leggi Predicts: A win is a must (isn't it?) but I've been saying that for the last few weeks and still Jims job is safe. I honestly can't see us winning this with Town in its current state, plus we'll be missing Bruce, Garvan and Thatcher so our ever changing team will be once again 'changing'. We should win but we won't, 2-1 to Coventry.
