Town Face Droylsden

Town will face Blue Square North side Droylsden in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup after they beat Chesterfield 2-1 earlier tonight.
It took four attempts to find a winner between the two side, with floodlight failure, fog and a draw between the twos has forced the game to a fourth replay which took place tonight.
Town will play Droylsden at Portman Road on the 3rd of January.

Thought it being the FA cup, we'd stand a chance of being on't tele, but after buying Setanta they're showing that reet giant killing match of wigan V spurs, and southampton v Man utd oh and Blackburn v blyth spartons, maybe the last game has a chance. Bit it proper f\_/cks me off when its a Cup 'for the people' and 'giantkillings' they always pick premiership V big team games.
We'll probably go and lose anyway!!

IPSWICH Town's third round FA Cup foes face being thrown out of the competition after fielding an ineligible player in the 2-1 second-round replay victory over Chesterfield.
Non-league minnows Drolysden claimed a cup upset last night as a brace from defender Sean Newton booked his side a trip to Portman Road.
But it has now emerged that Newton should have been suspended for game after chalking up his fifth booking of the season on December 9.
An FA Cup committee will hear the case on December 29.
