Casement Joins Wycombe

Town defender Chris Casement has joined League Two side Wycombe Wanderers on-loan for a month.

The 20-year-old has just returned from a loan spell at Scottish side Hamilton Academicals but will going straight to Wycombe as Peter Taylor is short on defenders at the moment.

Wycombe manager Peter Taylor: "We've now got injuries to David McCracken, Lewis Hunt and TJ Moncur so bringing in Chris means that we can take our time and get our players fit.

"We don't want to rush anything and if we have a strong squad for the last 22 matches then I'm sure we'll be in with a chance."

Elsewhere Kurt Robinson has joined conference side Rushden and Diamonds for a month as he looks to gain first team experience.

Jim buys and plays older players and the kids all go out on loan. Well in. Taylor is a good manager, Casement will probably not want to come back!

I'm guessing your his brother?

The lad is alright, but for whatever reason has never made it at Town, so the time is right for him to move on.
