Bruce Rejects Offer

Town chief executive Derek Bowden has confirmed that town defender Alex Bruce has rejected the 2-year contract extension from Town.

Bowden: : "We have been talking to Alex's representatives over the last couple of weeks and a new two year contract was put on the table.

"We consider the offer to be a very good one but I can confirm that it has been rejected. That is the end of the matter for now."
