Town manager Jim Magilton was disappointed with the manner in which Town conceded against Burnley last night.
Jim: "We could and should have been two goals up but then 10 seconds after we missed the second chance, we were picking the ball out of our net, it was a bad goal to give away but the lads showed great character to get back in the game with a good goal from Gio and we could have won it in the end.
"The fans here like a hero and they've got another one now in the lad. He looked bright and bubbly and showed the quality you would expect from a player that has been at Barcelona and cost Tottenham over £4m.
"He drifted in and out of the game which comes with lacking a little match fitness but we were pleased with him.
"Gio probably should have had another goal and Kevin Lisbie had a great chance as well. Burnley are a good side though and are very dangerous on the counter attack so although we are disappointed it was only a point, we will go again on Saturday against Watford.
"The fans were great again tonight. When we went a goal down they rose as one and got right behind the players and they applauded the players off and I think that shows they were happy with the commitment and performance."
