Op For Civelli

Town midfielder Luciano Civelli will have an operation on his knee injury in the next two weeks to find out just how bad it is.

Town physio Matt Byard: "Luca's knee is still very swollen and we will wait for that to settle down before we operate, he will have an exploratory operation in the next two weeks and the surgeon will then have more of an idea of the extent of the injury.

"Scans can only show so much so we don't have an overall picture of what's wrong and the way forward. That will become apparent when he has the exploratory operation and we will then be able to gauge a timespan for his recovery. Nothing can be confirmed until surgery."
