Town Closing On New Boss - Clegg

Town’s chief executive Simon Clegg says Town are closing in on making the decision as to who will be replacing Jim Magilton as Town manager.

Clegg: "I'm not going to talk timeframes but we are closing in on an appointment, we are looking for someone with a proven track record who can deliver what everyone connected with the Football Club wants, promotion to the Premier League.

"If we can get someone in before the end of the season, that would have its benefits because he would get a look at the playing staff before the end of the season. That may happen, it may not happen."

Obviously someone is pretty much signed hence the odd timing of Jim's sacking. I hope it's Kevin Keegan tbh as he'll have us playin' to win.
