Rhodes Joins Huddersfield

Town striker Jordan Rhodes has joined League One side Huddersfield Town, signing a four-year-deal at the Galpharm Stadium.

Town accepted a bid now believed to be around £250,000 with add-ons for the 19-year-old striker who had made ten appearances for Town.
