Ipswich 1-2 Coventry

Ok, so it wasn't the perfect start we dreamed of, but at least we can attribute some blame, and to two people. 1) Coventry's very own Clinton Morrison 2) Leaky looking Richard Wright
Roy Keane suffered his first defeat as Town boss as a Clinton Morrison double gave Coventry the three points.
The first of which came from a Richard Wright, and Town (more likely Gareth Mcauley) mistake, as he came too far out and couldn't get back in time to stop the looping shot into the net.
The second came from a header which went straight past our "wondrous" goal keeper.
Town cut the lead before the half hour with Lee Martin releasing Jon Walters who made no mistake from 15 yards and Blues had more than enough chances to have grabbed at least an equaliser, Pim Balkestein and Walters both denied by the impressive Keiren Westwood.
Now I'm sure Coventry are now going to shoot me, as a few of the big clubs are going to go after him.
Martin and Damien Delaney made their debuts for Town, with Tamas Priskin starting on the bench following his very unorganized move from Watford on Friday. Ipswich tried and tried but couldn't get a second goal, and I'm sure Roy Keane and the Ipswich fans will be very hard-done by.
More follows soon.
