Town In Talks With Duo

Sunderland manager Steve Bruce has confirmed that Town are in talks with Sunderland midfielders Grant Leadbitter and Carlos Edwards.
The 23-year-old Leadbitter and 30-year-old Edwards have found them selves out of favour at The Stadium Of Light following the summer arrivals of Lee Cattermole and Lorik Cana
Sunderland boss Steve Bruce: "We have given both players permission to go and speak with Roy.
"We'll see what develops after that."
Leadbitter and Edwards both played a lot under Roy Keane when he was Sunderland manager.

A couple of good signings if they happen! - Edwards plays RB also so could mean Wright moving over to LB to solve that problem and Leadbetter a tough midfielder!
