Town lose 1st chance of their 1st win in injury time

Town took the lead 5 min's into the game and looked like they wont get their 1st win of the season untill Watford scored 90+4mins to see Ipswich Draw again.

McAuley scored his second goal in four games and looked as the game got near the end that Ipswich would get their 1st Victory.

But Ellington struck with really the last kick of the game from 6 yards to give Ipswich their second draw in 4 days.

Edwards and Martin started tonight but that was the only change from the side that drew against Swansea on Saturday.

Ipswich had a great start to the game with McAuley goal in 4 mins then Walters kicking across goal soon after chances where missed but it showed they had their hearts in the game. One thing that has been missing for some time.

Ipswich carried on taking on the Watford defence with Walters, Counago, Smith and Leadbitter just being some of the ones coming close to scoring.

Watford had a spell of frighting back but chances went and Ipswich could breath again.

Wickham came on for Counago and Edwards came close to scoring on the hour. Wickham just went past the post soon after and missed Edwards pass when Ipswich breaked.

McAuley headed wide after Edwards cross was knocked out. Wickham was off target with a header from a corner.

Ipswich where still looking for another goal in the last five minutes when Watford scored to give Ipswich another draw.
