Ipswich get a point

Reading 1 Ipswich 1d

Ipswich took the lead with a goal from John Stead early into the game and where like they could goal again.

But just before half time Church scored for Reading. So Ipswich went into the second half looking for a winning goal.

Keane made 3 changes into the second half inc taking off the Ipswich goal scorer Stead.

Second half both teams had chances at scoring but towards the end Ipswich looked the more likely to score coming close. Inc a Walters kick that the goal keeper saved.

As they showed 3mins left Ipswich pressed but seemed happy with the point.
