Town host visitors Plymouth Argyle at Portman Road tonight, looking for a another three points that would see them reach the magical 50 point mark.

Town have just the one injury concern, long term absentee Luca Civelli still missing. Roy Keane may replace Pablo Counago with David Healy.

Town manager Roy Keane: "Paul Mariner was brilliant, and the fans will give him a good reception, look at their stats and their goals, and what they achieved. They made this club and they gave it a history.

"This is what this club has, and what a lot of clubs haven't - history, I know it was 20 or 30 years ago, but it still gives you something to say - listen, it's been done before.

"They'll be supporters who come here tomorrow night who will remember Paul Mariner, and they'll be looking forward to it.

"Another old player, John Wark, comes to the training ground, and I enjoy chatting with him once in a while.

"It's what these players have achieved at this football club. They're certainly not forgotten, these top players.

"There are pictures of them all over the place (in the corridors of Portman Road), and I like that, though other managers might shy away from it.

"It's the same with Nottingham Forest. The history of your football club is vital, you shouldn't get away from it.

"I couldn't praise these ex-players highly enough, with the scoring records of the Paul Mariners and the John Warks.

"I was even going to try and get John Wark out of retirement. Thirty-six goals in one season? We haven't got that as a team!"

"Plymouth are fighting for their lives, so they'll be dangerous," continued Keane.

"But I'm looking forward to having a chat with Paul again. It's nice to meet these people, who have achieved stuff in life and in the game.

"It's great for me as a young manager to meet these managers. Experience just pours through their pores, and Paul has had experience of working in America."

Plymouth central defender Kari Arnason will miss out with a hip injury, defender Richard Eckersley is a doubt with an ankle injury.
