Wickham Signs Two Year Deal

Town striker Connor Wickham has signed his first professional contract with Town, putting pen to paper on a two year deal this week.

Connor turned 17 on Wednesday at which point he was allowed to sign the deal, which he did despite rumoured interest from top flight clubs.

Town boss Roy Keane: "Connor has signed a two-year deal with us, and we're naturally delighted.

"But the easy part is signing the contract. The hardest part is getting to be a top player."
