Keane Wants Same Performance

Town manager Roy Keane wants his Town side to turn in performances like that against Derby County today more often.

Keane: "Maybe Ipswich have been seen as a soft touch away from home over recent years and we have to change the mindset of that, we need to start turning in performances like that on a regular basis if we are to progress.

"I was pleased with the way the team battled because it was always going to be a tough game. The players rolled their sleeves up and I really enjoyed the game.

"There was lots going on. Decisions to be made but going away from home and scoring three goals is something we have not done very often this season and it's very rewarding.

"Connor showed great maturity for his goal. It's been a good week for him but I don't want to single out individuals because it was a good team performance."

Well done Ipswich and the fans for supporting them away so many I knew went to day and many dont go away.

Lets just hope this is the start we all want to make the playoffs that dream is still bale to come true and lets keep that dream alive on here.

Think RK has given up on that dream TG4EVA - already showing signs of who he intends to keep and who to ship out.
