Sunderland Join Wickham Rumours

Town striker Connor Wickham has increased his value by another £1 million today, Premiership Sunderland are reportedly ready to offer £7 million plus players to Town for the 17-year-old.

Wickham, who was linked with Spurs in a £5 million deal on Monday and then with Wolves and Fulham in a £6 million deal yesterday is now being linked with a move to Sunderland for £7 million plus players which could see either Daryl Murphy or Martin Fulop heading to Portman Road.

Wickham scored 6 goals for Town last season and is contracted until 2012.
