Palace After Pablo?

Town striker Pablo Counago is reportedly a target of Crystal Palace manager George Burley, who signed the Spaniard for Town in 2001.

Current Town manager Roy Keane has already said there is no place for Counago in the Town squad for Town's opening game of the season against Middlesbrough.

Pablo has a year left on his Town contract but could be allowed to leave Portman Road for a nominal fee or on a free transfer. Pablo's first spell at Town saw him score 31 goals in 99 games, since returning in 2007 he has 23 times in 114 games.
