Northern Ireland After Wickham?

Northern Ireland manager Nigel Worthington is reportedly hoping to convince Town youngster to play for Northern Ireland rather than England.

The 17-year-old Wickham is reportedly able to play for Northern Ireland as his father was born in Belfast.

Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington: "The question has been asked about Connor Wickham, there's potential there, we have done our homework and offered him the opportunity to further his international career with Northern Ireland.

"Hopefully, he will follow young Norwood and throw in his lot with a squad he can help go places."
