Town Book Fourth Round Place

Town booked their place in the Fourth Round of the League Cup for the first time in 8 years after defeating Millwall earlier tonight.

Town booked their place in the next round draw with their first goals before half time this season. Tamas Priskin scored the 1st 23 minutes in and Gareth McAuley added a second in first half stoppage time.

Steve Morison scored for the home side in the 62nd minute but Millwall couldn't force the game into extra time and Town will go into the draw for the fourth round which takes place on Saturday and will be shown by Soccer Saturday with the game to be played in the week commencing the 25th of October.
