Keane Delighted

Town manager Roy Keane is delighted that Town defeated West Brom in the quarter finals of the Carling Cup last night.

Keane: "I thought we deserved the win. The players were outstanding.

"We had loads of chances and when you don't take them you always worry about getting caught with a sucker punch.

"We did the basics right and showed decent composure throughout. Our work rate was good and I can't praise the players enough.

"I'm delighted for them and the staff but especially for the supporters. We've let them down over the last month but tonight we have given them something to smile about."
