Ipswich Town defender Fabian Wilnis is hoping to score his first goal of the season some time soon.

Ipswich Town defender Fabian Wilnis is hoping to score his first goal of the season some time soon.

Wilnis has only scored 5 goals in 230 appearances since joining Town and wants to score his 6th and 7th goals this season.

Wilnis: “Even the manager is asking when my next goal will come. In training, I seem to score the most incredible goals but I have not got one in a game yet.

“Don't worry, it won't be long before I get one, my aim this season is to get two.

“I don't mind when it comes, but another one like that one against Coventry before would get me going well.

“If I don't score, then I won't mind as long as we get all three points.”
