Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle has dismissed reports that Town striker Shefki Kuqi could miss Saturdays top 4 clash with Reading.

The 28-year-old striker has been quoted as saying: “I really hope to be fit for the Reading game next Saturday but we will have to wait and see how things progress.” But Joe has dismissed this saying: “There is no problem with Shefki.

“He trained today and is fine. Richard Naylor will have a light week. He was back at the weekend after a hip injury and we will ease him through but other than that there are no other worries.”

In other news Drissa Diallo started light training again this week.
