Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle is still looking at one new player to be bought into Portman Road before the transfer window closes.

Royle has already added Jimmy Juan on loan for the rest of the season and extend the loan of Daniel Karbassiyoon by two months but Royle may not be finished in the transfer market yet.

Royle: “While there is nothing imminent that doesn't mean we are not looking or that nothing is going to happen. I asked about a couple of players recently but one of them is now playing for his club in the Premiership.

“As for the other, we are still interested and you never know what might happen. One deal may be dead, but there's still a chance with the other.”
