Ipswich Town defender Chris Hogg has joined Scottish premier league side Hibernian on a free transfer.

Ipswich Town defender Chris Hogg has joined Scottish premier league side Hibernian on a free transfer.

Hogg who is currently out injured after trying to stop thieves getting away with his sisters car over Christmas will join two more of Towns former academy players when he gets to Edinburgh as Antonio Murray and Sam Morrow are both now playing at Easter road under former Town defenders Tony Mowbray and his assistant Mark Venus.

Hogg has signed a deal that will keep with Hibs who currently lie third in the SPL table behind the old firm until the summer of 2007.

Singing The Blues would like to wish every success to Chris, Antonio, Sam, Mogga, Venus and Hibs in the coming years.
