Ipswich Town defender Drissa Diallo could return to training as soon as next week after more than a month out injured.

Ipswich Town defender Drissa Diallo could return to training as soon as next week after more than a month out injured.

Diallo has been out of action since mid December with a hamstring problem had started training earlier this month but had to pull out after the injury flared up again, he then went to see a specialist about the problem and there is nothing to worry about.

Town Physio Dave Williams: “The specialist says there is no worry with the injury.

“It's mainly scar tissue and there is a chance Drissa will be back in full training next week.”
