On-loan Leicester City striker James Scowcroft will be suspended for Town’s trip to the JJB stadium next month.

Scowcroft will be suspended for the trip north after picking up five yellow cards this season 3 while with Leicester City and two in two games since re-joining Town on loan.

It was hoped that one of the two yellow cards he picked up since returning was going to be rescinded but the referee at Deepdale last Friday has confirmed the yellow card will stand.
