Ipswich Town Midfielder Darren Currie says Town are stil confident of gaining promotion to the premiership.

The 30-year old midfielder, speaking ahead of Town’s game with Wigan, said: “There's still an inner-belief among the players that we can do this.

“When we were top of the table we were never under any illusions that we were home and dry.

“There's still so many points to play for and - even though it's a cliché - there's always going to be twists and turns.

“I'm sure there will be many more between now and the end of the season, but the lads are super-confident we can get promotion.”
