Ipswich Town academy Director Bryan Klug has praised the passing game Town’s youth team played against Colchester last night.

Ipswich Town academy Director Bryan Klug has praised the passing game Town’s youth team played against Colchester last night.

Town’s youth side cruised into the FA Youth cup semi final after beating the U’s youngsters 5-0 and Klug has praised the passing game Town’s side played, saying: “That is what this Club is all about.

“We preach passing at every level from the youths to the first-team and the boys showed good quality of passing and movement against Colchester.

“It's something we work on all the time in training and it's nice to see that practise and hard work come off like it did at Layer Road.

“It was a good performance all round and obviously we are delighted with the boys and now have a Semi-Final to look forward to.”
