Wilnis Has Good Feeling

Ipswich Town defender Fabian Wilnis has a feeling Town will be celebrating promotion come 3pm on Sunday

 

Town travel to Brighton on Sunday while Wigan face play-off contenders Reading at the JJB Stadium, if Town beat Brighton and Wigan slip up against Reading Town will be celebrating promotion and Wilnis feels we will be.

 

Wilnis: “I've got a good feeling about it. I don't know why, but I have a hunch that something good is going to happen and that will mean that we will win and be promoted to the Premiership.

 

“We are all very positive and confident after playing so well to beat Crewe 5-1 on Saturday. We went out for that game knowing what was at stake and we played really, really well.

 

“The one thing I don't want, more than anything else, is to drop points at Brighton. We must win and hope it is enough.

 

“Can you imagine how we would feel if we drew or lost and then came off to learn that Wigan had done the same? It would be devastating if we made that mistake, so the most important thing is to win.”
