Pablo Joins Malaga

Ipswich Town striker Pablo Couñago has today officially joined Spanish La Liga side Malaga, signing a two year deal.

The 25-year-old striker spent four years at Town and scored 35 goals in just over 100 games for Town, including a hat-trick in the UEFA cup qualifying round against FC Avenir Beggen in 2002.

 

Couñago was unveiled to Malaga’s fans at a press conference this afternoon after passing a medical.
