Royle Wants Two More

Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle says he wants at least two new faces in his Town squad before the transfer window closes.

Royle wants to replace some of the players that have left Town during the summer but it his cause was not helped when Sito Castro turned down the one deal offered to him by Town today.

 

Royle: “If you can't be confident when the grass is fresh and green as now, then you never can be.

 

“My only trepidation is the number we have in the squad. We are 10 players down on previous seasons and I would like to get at least two new players in before the end of August.”
