Vales Decision Next Week

Triallist midfielder Oscar Vales will learn next week if he has done enough to impress Town manager Joe Royle and earn a contract.

The 30-year-old can play as either a defender or midfielder and has spent the last week training with the Town squad and he may play for Town’s reserves against Fulham.

 

Royle: “We have a reserve game next week and we're looking at the lad playing in that match, he's done well while he has been here and is a very good player. We will have to make a decision next week on where we go with it and fairly quickly.”
