Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle has praised Town new boy Louis Sito Castro Rodriguez, normally known as Sito.
The 25-year-old Spaniard joined Town in the summer on a free transfer and has settled into English football well which has led Royle to praise him.
Royle: “It doesn't happen very often but every now and again you are recommended a player who immediately stands out. And this is what happened in the case of Sito, who has adapted to the Championship like a duck to water.
“He was recommended by the friend of a friend, and within 10 minutes of watching him train I said to coach Willie Donachie that this lad will do.
“And he has proved me right. He has made it clear that he wants to be with
“Sito has set high standards, and for all the trialists that come nowhere the right standard there is occasionally one that makes the grade.”
